FOOTBALL FANATICS

Soccer is a great team game, and with a little competition thrown in, the children will see the program as enjoyable, engaging and fun!
Session may include:
* Skills Development
- Dribbling
- Passing
- Shooting (Proper shooting techniques)
- Ball control (Practicing trapping the ball using different parts of the body)
- Footwork and agility

WORLD CUP SOCCER

This may involve teams and rounds of soccer games. This one does not focus as much on traditional skills and drills but more for those children who like to just play the game. Children are encouraged to dress in their favourite soccer team apparel or in their country colours (optional).

SWOOPS N’ HOOPS

Basketball combines an excellent mix of fitness, hand eye coordination and footwork skills. Children will learn how to dribble, shoot, pass, catch and move around the court as well. A great game based on teamwork.
Session may include:
* Dribbling drills
* Passing drills
* Shooting drills
* Game play | divide players into small teams 3v3 or 4v4) Focus on using skills
learned in practice.

FOOTY FEVER

AFL or Australian Rules Football, is a super exciting sport with lots of action and a great way to stay active and learn some new skills. If you like running, kicking and having fun with friends, AFL is the perfect game for you.
Session may include:
* Dynamic stretches (arm circles, leg swings, high knees)
* Dribbling drill
* Partner Passing (practice short passes - chest and bounce)
* Target kicking
* Mini- Match (split into two teams)

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

Touch Football can be played anywhere at any time. It is a non-contact sport with 2 teams playing. The object of the game is to score touch downs by getting through the opponent team’s part of the field and by placing the ball down in the touchdown zone. It is always a hit with kids, a great workout and great fun.
Session may include:
* Tag games
* Passing drills
* Catching drills
* Mini- Games
- Set up small-sidded games (3v3 or 4v4)
- Encourage children to apply passing and catching skills

FAST FEET

OZTAG is a great team game with a great focus on hand & eye coordination. It’s popular with both girls and boys.
Objectives: Tagging, passing, running
Session may include:
*Fun games
*Passing drill
*Tagging drill
* Mini- Games
- Divide children into small teams
- Play small-sided games

TAG TITANS

League Tag is a National Rugby League introductory program which is all play and no contact. The program is suitable for all abilities with the focus on practising fundamental movement skills and having a blast with friends.
Session may include:
* Passing Drills
* Tagging Drills
* Game play
- Mini Matches | divide the group into teams | Playing short matches.

NET, SET GOAL

During a Netball session, children will learn how to throw, catch and move with the ball. A modified or normal game may be played at the end to compliment the skills learnt.
Session may include:
*Fun games: Over and Under or tag game
* Passing drills in pairs
* Footwork drills

* Shooting drills
* Mini Game | Split the group into two teams.

MIXED CHALLENGE GAMES

A variety of individual, paired and team based games involving speed, strength and skill

Mixed Challenge Games is a fast-paced, action-packed session filled with a variety of team games, skill challenges, and creative competitions! Designed to keep 5–12-year-olds moving and engaged, this session blends physical activity with problem-solving, teamwork, and loads of laughter. From relay races and obstacle courses to wacky team challenges and strategy games, every round is different - keeping kids on their toes and having a blast from start to finish

FRISBEE FRENZY

Ultimate Frisbee is a great team sport in which players seek to score points by passing a Frisbee to a teammate over the opposing team's goal line.
Session may include:
* Briefly explain the rules | Objective of the game.
* Run through skills/drills (basic catching techniques | catch and pass)
* Mini-games 3v3 or 4v4 games. (split into small teams for short matches.
- Rotate teams every 5 minutes to give everyone a chance to play.

WICKET WIZARDS

During this program, children will learn fundamental cricket skills like throwing, catching, fielding and batting through fun games that develop these skills. Finishing off with a modified game of cricket at the end will compliment the skills learnt.

ACRO ADVENTURES

Acro sessions combines elements of dance, gymnastics and performance art. This involves using your body such as; balance, flexibility, Flips, rolls, jumping, balancing on hands or feet, tumbling.

GYMNASTICS FANTASTIC

Our sessions will be based on floor work and will utilise mats, foam or floor to do so. Children may learn how to spring (jump or move rapidly), roll, twist and turn the body. Gymnastics is great for general fitness, coordination, agility, strength, balance and speed. It provides a sound foundation in movement for boys and girls of all ages.

BLACK BELT WARRIOR

Black Belt Warrior is an action-packed martial arts adventure where kids step into the role of focused, fearless warriors! Through exciting drills, team challenges, and dynamic games, they'll learn some Martial Arts basics of kicks, punches, blocks, and ninja-style agility — all while building confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Kids will also learn the importance of using the moves they learn in the correct setting and scenario's.

S.A.S BOOT CAMP

A variety of different exercises that involve different fitness challenges (For example skipping, agility, body weight exercises etc). Some fun team challenges involving strength, speed and agility will also be included.

PIRATE DEFENCE ACADEMY

Children join a pirate crew and learn defensive Martial Arts techniques to protect their "treasure" from imaginary rivals. The session includes agility drills and teamwork exercises disguised as pirate adventures.

INTERACTIVE ANTI BULLYING

This anti-bullying session incorporates both a sit down presentation style element as well as an interactive Martial Arts program into one very educational and engaging program, that will equip kids with useful life skills for the future
This workshop covers elements such as
● What is a bully
● How do bullies select the victims
● Body language and how it works,
● Fear and how to make it into a superpower
And we can also add topics in relation to Anti-abduction if required, as well as any other topics a centre would like to focus on
PLEASE NOTE:This program can have more elements of physical activity, or we can have talks with the kids, depending on the confidence level of the children and their ability to comprehend the material.

MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS

Do you want the kids smiling, sweating and having fun with a bit of a martial arts kick to it? This module is perfect for teaching the kids
● Discipline and focus
● Teamwork skills
● Balance and coordination skills
● Movement and Physical Literacy
Education about Health and fitness is included during the sessions.

GLADIATOR’S OF THE DOJO

This is an exhilarating Martial Arts class where young warriors step into the arena to develop their skills and bravery! In this high-energy session, kids will immerse themselves in the world of ancient gladiators, using their karate training to overcome challenges and emerge victorious. "Gladiators of the Dojo" offers a unique blend of karate training and imaginative play, ensuring that children build both their martial arts skills and their confidence while having an unforgettable time in the dojo

S.A.F.E DEFENCE COURSE

Our safe defence courses have been modified from the Security and Law Enforcement Training Industry and the Martial Arts Industry. Blending topics to give children the best guidance in how to manage a bully or even just a disagreement with classmates and peers. From verbal boundary setting, awareness and avoidance to physical confrontation and management using minimal force applicable according to the environmental concerns.

THE SAFETY SQUAD (first aid)

The aim of the program is to teach children the basic elements of first aid keeping it engaging and interactive. For example, they may learn: learning basic awareness and dangers | who to call in an emergency | what to do if there is an unconscious person | How to deal with snakebites, spider bites, stings | learning about bandaging a patient with different wounds | Show a demo on what's in a first aid bag.

PRE-SCHOOL LEARNING

We have age specific training for children aged from 2 to 4 years old, focusing on
● Social skills and communication
● Gross motor skill development
● But of course, we always aim to have fun.
● Talks about stranger danger and bullying can be included.

DANCE GAMES

This lively program invites kids to dance, play, and have a blast with a variety of fun-filled dance games and challenges. Designed for children aged 5-12, it combines energetic dance routines with interactive games to keep everyone moving and smiling. Perfect for unleashing creativity and building confidence through the joy of dance!

AEROBICS

Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast. Join us for an action-packed session filled with energetic moves that keep children motivated and engaged and adding in playful games. Will then dive into awesome aerobic exercises that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving.

DANCE FITNESS

Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast! It's all about fun, creativity, and getting active. The session is designed to engage kids in a positive environment, encouraging them to express themselves through movement and music. With age-appropriate dance moves, children may discover the joy of dance!

ZUMBA FUSION

A Fun-filled Zumba Infusion Dance program designed specifically for the kids! This energetic program combines dance, music, and fitness in a vibrant atmosphere, while alternating fast and slow paced rhythms.

HIP HOPPERS

Hip hop is all about rhythm, creativity, and having fun. Children can learn basic steps and a short dance routine to popular age appropriate hip hop songs. Children may also have the opportunity to express themselves through freestyle dance to catchy beats encouraging creativity and personal style.

STEP UP STARS

Typically involves a mix of styles, including hip-hop, breaking, locking, and popping. They will learn basic moves, simple dance routines and a bit of freestyle dance for added fun. Street Dance is also great for fitness and coordination.This program will aim to to create a positive and energetic environment where children can express themselves and enjoy movement.

BROADWAY BOUND (musical theatre)

Dive into the magical world of musical theatre! Children may learn a mixture of drama games, singing and learn a dance routine from musical hits. Children will unleash their creativity and discover the joy of storytelling through music and movement.

JAZZ’N JIVERS

Jazz is a fun and exciting type of music. Children are able to learn basic jazz steps, rhythm and timing. Children can improvise and make up their own dance moves that allows children to express themselves and explore movement freely.

FLUID FOOTSTEPS

Children learning contemporary dance can expect a variety of body movements, developing flexibility and strength. Children may learn how to interpret music and rhythm enhancing their ability to connect movement with sound. This offers a holistic approach to physical fitness and creativity that is accessible for dancers of any level.

DODGEBALL DASH (Dodgeball)

Ready… set… dodge! Join us for a fast-paced, action-packed dodgeball session. With soft, safe balls and fun twists on classic rules. Run, throw, dodge, and laugh their way through exciting team games.

MIXED DANCE

Mixed Dance is an exciting and high-energy experience where children get to explore a variety of dance movements. Designed to keep children active and engaged, the class combines simple routines that help develop balance, coordination, and rhythm through dance.

DANCE FITNESS FEVER

Get ready for a high-energy dance fitness session designed for kids aged 5-12! In this exciting class, children will groove to lively, age-appropriate music while learning simple, fun dance moves that keep them moving and engaged. Along with dancing, we'll incorporate fitness exercises that help improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. It's a perfect way for kids to stay active, develop motor skills, and build confidence in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Whether they’re dancing solo or in a group, this session is all about having fun while getting fit!

DISCO DANCE

Boogie, bounce, and groove to funky disco beats! There will be easy-to-follow dance moves, classic disco tunes, and exciting dance games. Bring your energy and Let’s dance — disco style!

WORLD DANCE

In this high-energy World Dance Session, you will explore exciting rhythms and moves from around the world. It is a dance-filled adventure!
We will blend music, movement, and culture in a way that’s playful, active, and seriously FUN.

SPORT-FIT CIRCUIT

Sport Fit Circuit is a high-energy fitness adventure that gets kids moving, sweating, and smiling! This fun circuit-style session combines a mix of sports drills, obstacle challenges, and strength-based activities to build agility, coordination, and endurance. From sprint races and ladder drills to mini hurdles and balance stations, kids rotate through exciting stations that keep their bodies active and minds engaged — all in a fun, supportive environment!

BOXING BONANZA

Boxing Bonanza is an action-packed program for 5–12-year-olds that builds strength, confidence, and coordination through fun and dynamic boxing-based activities! Kids will learn proper punching techniques, footwork, and combinations using focus pads and boxing gloves — all in a safe, non-contact environment. With high-energy games, partner drills, and team challenges, Boxing Bonanza is the perfect mix of fitness, skill-building, and fun!

SAMOAN HANDBALL

A fast-paced, super exciting game that kids aged 5–12 will love! Using quick hands and sharp reflexes, players bounce and catch the ball in a friendly, team-based challenge inspired by traditional Samoan games.
It’s all about coordination, teamwork, and loads of laughs while learning a cool piece of Samoan culture.

LITTLE DRAGONS MARTIAL ARTS

Little Dragons is a playful and energetic martial arts session specially designed for 3–5-year-olds! Through fun games, basic movements, and beginner-friendly techniques, little ones build confidence, coordination, and focus — all while having a blast pretending to be mini martial arts heroes. It’s the perfect mix of discipline and imagination to help your Little Dragon grow strong in body and mind!
