Terms & Conditions

  • Services must contact Cube Sports if their student booking numbers are higher than the original booking made.
  • All Services (ELC, VC,BASC, SCH) – Cancellations require a minimum of 2 hours notice to notify our staff (This includes wet weather cancellations for those services that do not have wet weather options). Failure to do so will incur a $100 administration fee.
  • If an incursion is cancelled by a service and the coach has already arrived or has commenced teaching, full payment is required.
  • Cancellations or changes to booked programs by a service must be acknowledged by a Cube Sports team member to be activated. 
  • If a service requires Cube Sports to use your onsite devices or technology, and issues arise that’s outside of Cube Sports control, full payment will still be required. We’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues where possible.
  • Educator ratios must be maintained and present throughout the duration of the Cube Sports session.
  • Educators are responsible for behaviour management of the children throughout the entire Cube Sports session. It is the responsibility of the Educator to provide and maintain care, supervise and manage behaviours of the children at all times. 
  • Invoices for programs must be paid by the due date stated on invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 
  • If participants intentionally damage equipment and resources, the service will be invoiced for the replacement cost.
